Project management
Besides project management for our single-disciplinary projects, we also perform project management for multi-disciplinary projects. Project management provides the organization of a project. Besides the various engineering disciplines, civil, electrical, automation and instrumentation, it also comprises purchasing, accounting, financial, procurement and document control. Project management includes construction management which is performed with knowledge carriers of the engineering, toolbox meetings with reports and safety policy are essential to this. The project management controls Safety, Quality, Planning and Finance. Within project management, in addition to our regular engineering activities, technical analysis, risk assessment, consultancy, price evaluation, negotiation, customer delivery inspection, purchasing, cost reporting, status reporting, material and labour budgeting for construction do complete our service.
