Troubleshooting and maintenance

In addition to the training given by Tebulo specialists to operating and maintenance employees of the customer, Tebulo can also provide maintenance itself.
A team of dedicated, experienced staff will perform the maintenance activities which reduces downtimes to a minimum.
For maintenance and trouble shooting calls during office hours Tebulo can be contacted directly at the general phone number. For calls outside office hours, an agreement can be made in advance in which Tebulo commits itself towards reply and response time of service specialists, etc.
