Haak Production & Engineering Solutions in Gorredijk is a company that operates in the mechanical engineering supply sector. Our customers include the graphic arts, packaging, precision engineering, and food industries. Commissioned by Haak Precision Mechanics BV, we developed a bottle straightening machine.  

Tebulo's task was to create a functional design and a complete drawing package within a week and a half. Using two manually operated spindles, the machine is adapted to various sizes. The Bottle Straightening Machine is mobile and can be adjusted to the correct height and width. After positioning, the machine can be locked. A camera with a photocell detects which way the bottle should be rotated. The controls are integrated into the mobile frame, and the control panel is located under a protective cover. This cover can be folded up for maintenance. The machine is capable of detecting and distinguishing between different types of bottles and also achieves high efficiency.
