Project description
Tebulo engineered a 40-by-50-meter, 9-meter-high steel structure for a recycling facility in the United States, including stairs, platforms, and fencing, for Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions. The steel structure was designed according to American standards and meets seismic requirements.
The calculation model was created in Advance Steel and calculated and analyzed using Robot Structural Analysis. The model was then further refined using Advance Steel. The result: a strength calculation report, a drawing package containing assemblies, weld assemblies, detailed drawings, parts lists, cutting drawings, NC files for drilling and sawing lines, material lists, nut and bolt lists, etc. A 3D model is also provided, which can be used for instruction during assembly work and for creating a 4D plan.
