Replacement of Overhead Line Support Structures

For this project, we provided engineering services for the renewal of overhead line support structures at various locations in the Central Netherlands region. The scope of work included the design of foundations, masts, braces, anchor blocks, and complete gantries, as well as the associated overhead line components.

In addition, we provided engineering for the replacement and relocation of switchgear assemblies, the modification of surge arresters, and various safety features ranging from standard to project-specific designs. The necessary cabling, earthworks, and restoration activities were also fully integrated into the design. This renewal has resulted in a lasting improvement to the reliability, safety, and availability of the overhead line system.
