Tebulo Engineering was commissioned to perform detailed engineering for a new feed line at a poultry producer's facility in Mexico. The producer's primary activities include feed preparation, chicken breeding and rearing, and the processing and distribution of chicken products. Work performed:

• Designing process security using a Cause & Effect diagram
• Elaborating network details from a provided network architecture
• Engineering and design of four new control cabinets for the control and automation of various installation components. The packages are complete and suitable for manufacturing the cabinets.

Executed in E-Plan P8 2.5:

• Design of the electrical power distribution
• IO allocation
• Cabinet layout including tagging of components and wiring
• Determining the lengths and types of cables in the installation
• Compiling parts lists, cable lists and connection lists
