Paramelt BV is an internationally operating manufacturer of industrial adhesives, dispersions and waxes. These are used in the food, beverage and tobacco industries. Products made here include the coating on fast food packaging, the wax layer on cheeses, the glue for various boxes and wax for turbine blade casting molds.

The project involved the revamp and new construction of the Paramelt Tank Park. The old installation was no longer adequate and there was insufficient storage capacity. Which made it necessary to expand the storage capacity. Tebulo Engineering was asked to create a completely new design for the expansion of the Tank Park and all related matters.

Tebulo Engineering, together with SEW Food & Process in Heerhugowaard, has created a completely new design. Tebulo Engineering was responsible for the design and provided support during the implementation of the conversion.

The modifications for the new installation consisted of three melting tanks including piping systems and platform work. At a number of locations in the existing facilities, connections had to be made using tie-in points. A tank and three pumps with appendages were reused and incorporated into the new installation.
